End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices/ Pre-Tenancy Cleaning Prices/ AFTER BUILDERS CLEAN PRICING
The price list for the end-of-tenancy service start from £95 and include a deep cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen and a thorough clean of all the other rooms on the property. Please note that there is a minimum charge of £ 170 per booking for the after builders cleaning service.
Please note that the prices do not include carpet cleaning.
Carpet Cleaning Services Prices
The price list for carpet cleaning services include high-power vacuuming and steam cleaning with professional Prochem equipment and detergents.
All carpet cleaning services are available with a discount when booked with another cleaning service. Please note that there is a minimum charge of £80 per booking a carpet cleaning service

The service is an hourly-based service, starting from £ 27 per hour, for one cleaner.
Depending on the size, the condition of the property, and the cleaners needed to get the property cleaned, the prices start from £170* (*The price is for two cleaners, cleaning a 1-bedroom flat for 3 hours).

Domestic Cleaning Prices
Flexible Mercurial Cleans domestic cleaning is an hourly-based service which can be ordered as a one-off cleaning or as a regular cleaning service on a daily, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Depending on the amount of hours and the number of cleaners needed for cleaning, prices range between £19 and £22 per hour, for 1 cleaner.
ONE-OFF DOMESTIC CLEANING PRICING
The prices for one-off domestic cleaning service for 1-bedroom apartment start from £80.
Typically, a 1-bedroom flat in a good condition needs 2 cleaners who will spend a minimum of 3 hours to get the property thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING PRICING
The prices for regular domestic cleaning start from £18.50 per hour (for weekly cleaning, with a minimum of 3 booked hours). Fortnight regular domestic cleaning services are available at £22 per hour.

DOMESTIC CLEANING AND CARPET CLEANING PRICING
Flexible Mercurial Clean offers carpet cleaning with up to 10 % discount when ordered together with domestic cleaning.
Please note that the carpet cleaning service is not an hourly-based service – carpet cleaning is charged depending on the number and the size of the units that need cleaning.
